The essentials of the 2026 rules

France will celebrate 200 years of photography in 2026 and 2027. Therefore, we have chosen the theme of the photographer(s). We are broadening the subject to include professions related to photography, such as lighting technicians, prop masters, graphic designers, and makeup artists. The only requirement is that the photographer(s) and their equipment must be visible in the image.


FEES & DISCOUNTS

Participation fees, full rate: € 12
Participation fees, reduced rate: € 10
The reduced rate is granted to authors who are members of the Fédération Photographique de France (FPF)
The reduced rate is granted to groups of five participating authors or more. No other discount can be granted.
If the participation fees are not paid, the photographs will not be judged.
Printed catalog fees (optional) € 20

PSA, FIAP, GPU and FPF Gold Medals, include vouchers worth € 150, in each section.
An Honorable Mention Ribbon and a FIAP pin will reward the author with the most points in all sections.
An FPF trophy + €150 in vouchers rewards the best FPF member club with the most images accepted.
An FPF trophy + €150 in vouchers rewards the best foreign club with the most images accepted.


CATALOG & RESULT

The catalog printed in A4 format, including the exhibited images, will be sent to all clubs and/or authors who have paid the registration fees.
The results, as well as photo admission certificates, can be downloaded from the website and participating authors will be notified by email of their availability.


DIGITAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Images must be submitted in JPEG format, Adobe sRGB color space, following the instructions of the site.
The title of each image must not exceed 35 characters.
It is not necessary to translate titles into English, but they must be written in Latin characters.
The maximum width of images is 1920 pixels and the maximum height is 1280 pixels at 300 dpi, compression 7 to 12, maximum 3.5 MB.
After the jury's deliberation, the download links for the high definition files of the photos selected for the exhibition will be available on the author's "Photos" page, thus allowing the photos to be printed. The required resolution is 3840 pixels (15 MB maximum) for horizontal or vertical dimensions, in the Adobe RGB color space (1998), in 16-bit JPG (or JPEG) or TIFF format for photographers wanting an optimal reproduction.
HD files and prints will be destroyed at the end of the exhibition.
